Environment Agency leisure moorings on Reach Lode at Upware, accessed through Upware Lock from the River Cam.
The Upware moorings are in a rural location between Ely and Cambridge. Berths are for non-residential leisure use, for a minimum of 16 weeks, and can be renewed annually.
The site has drinking water, general waste bins and a locked access gate. Parking is available at the nearby fisherman's car park. A separate 48-hour visitor mooring is at the upstream end of the rented moorings.
The published 2026–27 leisure rate is £133.26 per metre per year including VAT. A non-returnable £200 reservation fee is also listed.
