Visitors: we use privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data) and count clicks through to a site's website, email or phone, without recording who clicked.

Marinas and mooring owners: we hold the business contact details each site publishes on its own website and use them to ask about availability. Every email has a link to stop further emails, and we stop at once if asked by reply. We keep a record of emails sent and answers received so that we don't ask too often. Answers you give through the form or by email are published on your site's page.

Email is sent through Postmark. Replies may be read with the help of an AI model to pull out the availability details; a person checks them before anything is published.
