About Red Lion Barnton L1 Leisure

A leisure towpath mooring site on the Trent & Mersey Canal near Barnton, with space for up to five vessels.

The site is just over 100 metres long, with vessels moored against the towpath using installed mooring rings; pins may also be needed depending on boat length and ring spacing.

Water, Elsan and pump out are available at Anderton, about one mile away. There is no on site car parking or facilities block. The site is intended for leisure use and is not suitable for full time residential use.
