About Murhill

A Canal & River Trust leisure mooring site on the Kennet & Avon Canal near Bradford on Avon, with space for two vessels.

The site extends for 56 metres along the off-side bank. It is intended for leisure use, with overnight stays and occasional longer visits welcome; it is not suitable for full-time residential use.

The moorings are liable to silting and have an average depth of 0.6 metres, so the site is not suitable for deep-drafted boats. There is no parking at or near the site, and water, pump-out, elsan and refuse facilities are at Dundas or Bradford on Avon.
