About Willowtree Marina
An off-line marina on the Paddington Arm of the Grand Union at Yeading in west London, offering residential, leisure, pied-a-terre, short-stay and winter moorings for boats up to 70ft.
Willowtree sits beside the Paddington Arm at Yeading, near the A40, M4 and Heathrow, with large shops a few minutes' walk away. The Lock & Quay restaurant and bar is on site.
Each boat has its own off-channel berth with a metered electric hook-up and nearby water. The marina has showers, washrooms, a launderette, Elsan disposal, a staffed pump-out, diesel and bottled gas, a chandlery, refuse bins, a slipway for trailed boats, a large car park and 24-hour CCTV.
Five types of mooring are offered: residential, leisure, pied-a-terre (for longer spells aboard without full residential status), short stays of up to 30 days, and winter moorings from November to March. Prices are not published.
