About Tor Bay Harbour

Torbay Council operates Torquay, Brixham and Paignton harbours, with annual moorings and visitor berths.

Tor Bay Harbour Authority provides pontoon, trot, swing and outhaul moorings across its three harbours. Annual mooring applications are restricted to Devon residents; Torquay Town Dock applicants must have a TQ1 to TQ5 postcode for their main residence.

Torquay has visitor pontoons at Town Dock and Haldon Pier, with water at Town Dock and paid electricity cards. Visitor berths are first come, first served.
