About Lee Valley Marina, Springfield
A park authority marina on the lower River Lee beside Walthamstow Marshes with about 200 berths, riverbank moorings and a repair workshop.
Springfield Marina is run by the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority on the lower Lee at Clapton, next to the Walthamstow Marshes nature reserve. It has about 200 berths plus a small satellite site, and is within London's Ultra Low Emission Zone.
Moorings are charged per metre per month, with separate rates for the main marina, a widebeam basin, hard standing and riverbank berths, and Leyton Marsh. Berth holders have showers, toilets, laundry, rubbish disposal and electric hook-up.
The workshop handles welding, blacking, fit-outs and engine and gearbox repairs. Quayside services such as diesel, pump-out and gas are booked in one-hour slots.
