About Hartlepool Marina
A locked marina in Hartlepool's former docks on Tees Bay with around 350 serviced pontoon berths, quay berths for larger vessels and a boatyard with a 40-tonne hoist.
Hartlepool Marina occupies the old dock basins on the north side of Tees Bay and is entered from the sea through a lock. The lock office is staffed around the clock all year.
The facilities page lists 350 serviced pontoon berths plus quayside berths for vessels up to 50m and 5m draft. Most berths have a 16 amp supply. On site are a boatyard with a 40-tonne travel hoist, two slipways, a fuel berth selling red diesel, amenity blocks with showers and launderettes, and CCTV.
Annual berths are charged per metre, with a cheaper rate on the eco pontoons and higher rates when paying by quarterly or monthly standing order. Summer and winter six-month berths are also priced per metre. Electricity is metered.
