Elkins Boatyard provides walk-on, walk-off moorings with electricity and fresh water, and says trot moorings are also available.
Mooring holders can access toilets and showers with a pass key and have secure access to the site. The yard offers cranage for boats up to 12.5 metres LOA and 12.5 tonnes.
The yard's terms say moorings cannot be live-aboard.
