About Debdale Wharf Marina
A family-run marina and boatyard on the Leicester Line of the Grand Union near Kibworth, with linear stagings, large hardstanding areas and a well-equipped workshop.
Debdale Wharf lies down a lane outside Smeeton Westerby on a quiet length of the Leicester Line, a short cruise from Foxton Locks. Boats moor alongside long linear stagings that leave space on either side.
The yard is known for its maintenance work: hull blacking by staff or DIY at weekends, grit blasting, a boat lift, pressure washing and general repairs, with hardstanding and container storage for hire. A vehicle security gate controls access out of hours.
Moorings are priced per foot per week and billed quarterly, plus an annual access charge that covers the electricity standing charge; electricity itself is metered. The marina asks owners to add 2ft to the boat's length for fenders and treats its list as a guide, with firm quotes by phone.
