About Cullen Harbour
A drying harbour in Cullen with an inner basin used for mooring pleasure and part-time fishing boats.
Moray Council says the larger inner basin is used for mooring and has fresh water supplies. The harbour dries out completely at low tide.
Annual leisure berths are issued from 1 April to 31 March. Visitor berths are available in the inner basin for up to seven consecutive days.
