About Browns Meadow L1 Leisure

A Canal & River Trust towpath mooring site on the Grand Union Canal in Uxbridge, with space for up to 24 vessels.

Browns Meadow runs for approximately 450 metres along the towpath between the weir above Rockingham Road Bridge and Oxford Road Bridge. Widebeam boats are suitable, and boats must be powered and capable of navigating the canal.

The site is for leisure use and is not suitable for full-time residential use. There are no facilities or car park on site; water, refuse and Elsan points are at Cowley Lock.
