About Aire Valley Marina
A gated marina on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal at Redcote, Leeds, offering residential and leisure moorings a towpath walk from the city centre.
Aire Valley Marina is on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal between Kirkstall and Armley, a short walk along the towpath from Leeds city centre. It offers both residential and leisure moorings.
Mooring fees include water, parking, access through a key-fob gate, and use of the toilets, showers and laundry; electricity is pay-as-you-go from hook-up points. The site also has CCTV, storage sheds and containers to rent, and boat brokerage.
Mooring rates are quoted on request by boat size and type. In autumn 2026 the marina was renovating and taking names on a waiting list for berths coming free, with nothing available for widebeams.
